Looking for the yummiest Chai Latte recipe?
Gather your ingredients:
-3 Cups Water
-6 TBSP Cane Sugar
-6 TBSP Sol y Luna Chai
-Milk or Non-Dairy Milk Alternative
Grab a pot, head to the stove, and get your water boiling. Once it’s boiling, add the sugar and give it a stir. Next, add your Sol y Luna Chai and keep it boiling for 7 minutes. When your timer goes off, turn your heat off and let it sit with the lid on for 7 more minutes. Strain and set aside to use as your chai concentrate.
For a hot chai latte, warm equal parts milk with equal parts chai concentrate. Stir and enjoy.
For an iced chai latte, mix equal parts milk with equal parts chai concentrate and stir over ice.
Store the remaining chai concentrate in the refrigerator for later use.
